Appointments can be made through our website, over the phone, or in person. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required. All payments for hair services must be completed in full at the time of your appointment.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will result in a forfeited deposit. Please note that refunds are not available for services that have already been performed.
